Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how trials, refunds and cancellations work for paid Odontiq subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Free trial
New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full access — no credit card required. You are not charged during the trial, and you can stop using the Service at any time before it ends without paying anything.
2. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. To request it, email hello@odontiq.com.au from the address on your account.
3. After the guarantee period
Beyond the 7-day window, payments (including renewals) are non-refundable except where a refund is required by the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account settings or billing page. After cancelling you keep access until the end of your current paid period. We do not provide partial-period refunds except as set out above or as required by law.
5. Purchases made through an app store
If you subscribed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, that store handles billing and refunds, and you should request refunds through the store in line with its policies.
6. Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies where a service is not provided with due care and skill or is not fit for purpose.
